What a great idea for this week’s photo challenge! Taking photos from directly above literally makes you look at the world from a different viewpoint.

I thought long and hard about how I could get my ‘from above’ shots, and came up with all sorts of plans to climb to the top of the tallest buildings in Cardiff, or balance on top of walls and furniture.

Then it came to me. I didn’t have to get any higher. All I had to do was look down. Yesterday, I went to the community garden and found the perfect opportunity to look at things from above.
