During the summer I volunteered at an organic eco-campsite. Some previous volunteers had been asked to clear what the owner had thought was just a big overgrowth of brambles. After hours of cutting back branches and thorns, they discovered the remains of an old stone house. Whilst I was there, I helped the owner to make a roof for it and he added the wooden shutter as a finishing touch. The result was an unexpected playhouse for the children who stay on the campsite.
